Team Yemen 🇾🇪 Lead the Way
Our team's characteristic in this challenge was surpassing boundaries and access barriers. The team distributed tasks among its members to reach officials and leaders in the government, the Ministry of Education, local school directors, and internationally recognized schools in Yemen. Many of these leaders and officials expressed their interest and some even took the initiative to support the team and adopt FIRST Global's initiatives, whether in spreading the STEAM culture or embracing the team's project idea of integrating hydrogen power with the solar energy system to obtain clean and safe energy throughout the day. The team plans to continue advancing in this field, aiming to achieve sustainability goals, improve the quality of education, and embrace STEAM in our educational reality.
Explore more opportunities: The team intends to explore additional opportunities and collaborate with education and sustainability-focused institutions and organizations. This may involve forming partnerships with similar organizations or joining networks and communities operating in the same field.
Develop the current project: The team will work on enhancing its current project related to clean and sustainable energy. This may include improving the design of the integrated hydrogen and solar energy system and conducting broader-scale testing. The team aims to achieve better performance and increase system efficiency.
Raise awareness and educate: The team will focus on increasing awareness and education about clean energy and the importance of incorporating technology, science, and mathematics in education. This may involve organizing workshops and informative lectures for the local community and participating in events that promote sustainability and scientific education.
